    Campfire Ban Lifting on October 2
    Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area will lift its
    campfire ban effective at 12:01 a.m. Friday, Oct. 2.
    Campfires will be allowed in established fire rings in
    campgrounds and day-use areas and on lakeshores below the
    high-water mark throughout the recreation area.

    Fort Spokane Campground has re-opened to the public with
